Masterpiece Group Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nishi-Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Juri Nakajima; hereinafter “Masterpiece G”) has decided to absorb and merge its subsidiary, Relief Sign Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nishi-Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Juri Nakajima; hereinafter “Relief Sign”), which operates an SNS risk management business, effective July 1, 2026, with the aim of shifting its business to AI-driven intelligent services, and to change the company name to “Clad Co., Ltd.”

Since its founding in 2001, Masterpiece G has been providing BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services in various Asian countries, including China, Hong Kong, Thailand, the Philippines, and Myanmar, supporting companies in solving their management challenges. In recent years, we have been actively promoting the use of AI and advancing “AI-integrated BPO” that achieves cost reduction and quality improvement in call centers. Meanwhile, since 2000, Relief Sign has specialized in risk management areas such as SNS monitoring and crisis management for domestic companies, and has been involved in protecting the brands of over 1,500 companies.
The BPO market in the Asia Pacific region is expected to continue to grow strongly, driven by the promotion of digital transformation and the need for cost optimization among companies. Furthermore, in Japan, as risks such as crises, information leaks, and fake news originating from SNS have become apparent, investment in SNS risk management and digital risk countermeasures is expanding from the perspective of protecting corporate reputation and ensuring compliance.
Against the backdrop of the continuously expanding BPO and SNS risk management markets, our group will integrate our global BPO business, which operates in various Asian countries, with our SNS risk management business, which has been provided primarily to major Japanese companies, to build a system that can comprehensively address corporate management challenges and digital risks.
In the first year, we will leverage our strengths as existing clients, ranging from global companies such as Google and Amazon to growing companies such as Timee and Oisix, to offer a package of “AI Voice Bot” and “Flaming Killer” (which predicts posts with a high probability of causing a firestorm and provides prompt advice on how to respond) that can withstand the scale of the business.
